All this means is that there are CURRENTLY no other wands with Fawkes 
Feathers besides Harrry's and Tom/LV's. How long does it take to 
manufacture a wand and who is skilled enough to make them? Once 
Fawkes has regenerated (again) to the point where he can "give" 
feathers, Doubledore can start having "DA Anti-LV" Wands made to 
equip the DA for Combat situations against LV and the DEs. Also there 
would seem to be more Fawkes Feathers floating around for use in 
making Wands (or must there be a special process to obtain a Wand 
Grade Feather) since Fawkes seems to leave them when making message 
deliveries.
