Are you serious?  Aren't we being a *tiny* bit melodramatic here?  "Attempted 
murder"?  Azkaban?  It's not like he was AK-ing him.  It was just a jinx.  
There are bigger baddies out there to be worried about than Draco - let's be 
honest about it.  Draco's not stupid enough to try to kill Harry inside Hogwarts 
where there are teachers all around.  No one is that stupid - except maybe 
LV...
