Ooh...the "repeat, wash, rinse" remark was low :-).  Sly way of making fun of 
Severus's hair?
Could angry just be Severus's personality?  I know people who, by nature, are 
just miserable human beings.  Two of my neighbors, mother and son, are like 
that.  It could be raining money from the sky and they'd complain about it 
being all over the lawn.  Severus could just be a miserable person.
