I noticed this too, he even risked a confrontation with Dumbledore 
over "Bella".  And Dumbledore, I think is the last person Voldemort 
would be willing to face again.."the only one he ever feared" 

Yet, I believe that Voldemort is now starting to fear Harry just a 
bit more now too.
