Me -- TigerPatronus:
I think it won't, and that's why Crouch Jr. had to keep Moody alive 
in the bottom of the trunk during GoF. If the PP didn't need, let's 
say fresh DNA, Crouch, Jr. could have just killed Moody, pulled out 
his hair, and stored it in a Ziploc bag in a freezer. This would have 
been much safer than storing a living Moody in the trunk. Crouch Jr. 
killed his own father, so he's not too squeamish to kill people.
