Theory: Fred & George's Departure

I have been testing this theory out on a few other HP obsessed 
friends/family members and have been receiving positive feedback.  
Hopefully this isn't already somewhere else, and maybe it's not that 
deep, but here goes.  

What if Fred & George's departure is a way of setting Harry up to not 
finish all 7 years at Hogwarts?  I have to say, as much as I love 
Hogwarts, I wouldn't be opposed to this.  Throughout OotP I felt sort 
of trapped, that there was interesting stuff happening with the Order 
and not at the school.  It certainly seemed that the characters were 
feeling this to some extent as well.  It would be reasonable that 
with the progressing war, something could happen that could even 
cause them all to abandon the school (ok, maybe I'm pushing my luck, 
but maybe not.) I would love to hear feedback on this!
