Weasley! I was going to ask what your take was on Percy 
reading "Prefects Who Gained Power" in CoS, but then I thought hey, 
maybe it had something to do with his being sent into Deep Cover!

instructions were hidden in a certain copy of the book. Maybe the 
creepy little junk shop where the gang found Percy reading was a
