OOP: Perseus Evans - Could this be Snape?

I've always been interested this whole idea, and here are my 
thoughts.  I've thought that Snape and Lily were siblings, maybe even 
twins, and Snape was removed from the Evans house while still young 
for some reason or another.  I'm not sure why, but I have some 
ideas.  As to wheter or not Snape sould be a half-brother to Lily and 
Petunia as outlined, Snape and Lily were (presumably) in the same 
year at Hogwart's (they both wrote OWLS at the same time) and so it 
would be difficult for them to have different mothers.
