To continue the wrestling parallel, it is worth nothing that, whenever a "heel" 
was about to turned to a 'face" (as in babyface, as in good guy), they heel 
would usually get humiliated and embarassed a few times as a heel.

So, perhaps Punching!Bag!Draco is a prelude to him being a good guy.

Blech, I hope not. I'd much rather see Bad!Ass!Draco.

But, nothing HRH does to those twits will be bullying so long as Draco and 
Co. keep firing the first shots and attempting to attack first. 

It will just be more stupidity on Draco and Co's parts. At some point, you stop 
messing with someone that can wax the floor with you.
