Absolute trust?  As a teacher, Hagrid is completely untrustworty, so I 
wouldn't want to put up with him in that situation at all.  I don't 
even see Harry loving Hagrid's teaching; I see him putting up with 
Hagrid's incompetence because he is Hagrid's friend.

Just as many people think Snape has no business being a teacher, I say 
Hagrid has even less business being one.  All personal dislikes of 
Hagrid aside, he's one of the worst teachers I've ever seen, and I've 
seen some really bad ones.  I don't think it is a teacher's job to 
cause aggravation; it is a teacher's job to teach.
