No offense, but Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeecccccccccccch!
Snape and Hermione? Fanfic has lost control. I have never read a word
of it, but even the summaries out here are revolting.

How many SS/HG fans are there? Hopefully not enough to warrant their
own political action group.
Anyway, there is a difference between not revealing a secret for the
fan sites and writing plot threads for the fan sites. I have no
problems believing JKR wants to keep any and all relationships
secret, but changing them for the fans?
No.

I was a chunky kid at Hermione's age. If it was me, and some spell
had made me even fatter and a teacher says, "Well, I see no
difference," I would have found a way, somehow, someway, to hurt him.
Hooks through the nose would have been the start.
How does one who loves Snape justify or excuse what he did there? I'm
curious to know.
