I completely agree with that. Was anyone else *really* disturbed by 
the fact that she was going to use crucio on Harry? The unforgivable 
curses had to be *approved* for use on DEATH EATERS, its certainly 
inappropriate to use on a fifteen-year-old who is unable to defend 
himself and hasn't done anything (violently) wrong. I know that there 
is no actual prove that she said she was going to use it besides 
Harry and the others word, but I was really disappointed that she 
simply left the school in disgrace as opposed to being arrested for 
nearly using the cruciatus curse on a teenager AND sending two 
dementers after Harry and Dudley. If using a forgivable curse is a 
LIFE sentence in prison, than surely intending to use one (nearly 
going through with it, the spell was halfway out) is a serious 
offence. Basically, I wasn't disturbed at all when Hermione led 
Umbridge into the forest, obviously Umbridge had reached the point of 
out of control.
