I completely agree with that. Was anyone else *really* disturbed by 
the fact that she was going to use crucio on Harry? The unforgivable 
curses had to be *approved* for use on DEATH EATERS, its certainly 
inappropriate to use on a fifteen-year-old who is unable to defend 
himself and hasn't done anything (violently) wrong. I know that there 
is no actual prove that she said she was going to use it besides 
Harry and the others word, but I was really disappointed that she 
simply left the school in disgrace as opposed to being arrested for 
nearly using the cruciatus curse on a teenager AND sending two 
dementers after Harry and Dudley. If using a forgivable curse is a 
LIFE sentence in prison, than surely intending to use one (nearly 
going through with it, the spell was halfway out) is a serious 
offence. Basically, I wasn't disturbed at all when Hermione led 
Umbridge into the forest, obviously Umbridge had reached the point of 
out of control.

You have it lets face it there are three people that I know won't die
and are going to do the right thing.(Doesn't mean they won't make
mistakes) and they are Ron, Harry, and Hermione. Here Hermione did what
she had to help her friends and the Order.  Did anyone ever thing might
be working for LV?
