       You may be right, but I think that Harry may well be in Snape's NEWT 
potions regardless of grade and with Snape even more furious with him than 
before. Why? Voldemort.  Of course this theory depends on the 'Snape is a spy' 
theory. I could see LV *ordering* Snape to take Harry into the class to keep an 
eye on him. "So what if you hate the boy, you're taking MY orders..."
