I don't think it would be cursed.  The question can now be raised, though,
on how you would get a unicorn to donate blood.  As to the latter half of
what you said, maybe this is movie contamination, but just hearing the
dialogue between Firenze and Harry on this subject, as opposed to simply
reading it, sent chills down my spine.  It was like it was important that
Harry (and the viewers) understand the consequences of drinking the blood of
a slain unicorn.  That's when I felt it could easily come back to haunt us
later on.
