Voluntary or not, the curse seems tied to the killing of the unicorn...
A human has (correct me if i'm wrong, i really doubt i have the numbers
right) six pints of blood and can stand to lose two before serious
effects set in. Surely a unicorn can't be so fragile that the loss of a
single drop causes them to collapse dead. For that matter, what if the
unicorn is not "killed" at all? what if they die of old age or simply
an accident?
