True, but this is speculating about Regulus, not the Black family as 
a whole.  They may very well have supported everything Voldemort 
professed to believe in.  And, judging from the shrieking banshee 
that is Mrs. Black, Voldemort's belief in the inherent superiority of 
purebloods is stil acceptable.  Sirius tells us that his family 
agreed with Voldemort in principle, but that his methods were not 
entirely acceptable to them.  That begs the question that had not the 
favorite son been killed off by the DEs, would the Blacks attitude 
have changed?  Or was is Regulus' death that made them questions 
Vmort's methods?

Read above re: Mrs. Black.  She still seems to have the attitude that 
purebloods are the only way to go, so, no, it doesn't strike me that 
the Blacks were any great shakes in the humanity department.
