Probably snake venom.

Yes. Ron and Hermione will get ever closer, until near the end
of the year Ron will realize that they have been a couple for a
few months.

Yes, beyond question.

I don't think there will be a need to continue it, unless the
next DADA teacher is incompetent.

It's already gone.

Quite possibly.

No. There is no reason to fire Ron, and Dumbledore had good
reasons for not making Harry a prefect already. Nothing that has
happened has changed those reasons.

Probably. Which is even more reason he won't be prefect or head boy.

With Voldemort, doing whatever he was told.

Ron will go into the Ministry, or perhaps into business with Fred
and George.
Hermione will go into the Department of Mysteries for a few
years, and then work full-time on S.P.E.W. Eventually, when
Dumbledore retires and McGonagall becomes headmistress, she will
teach transfiguration, and then become headmistress in turn.

The centaurs as a group will remain aloof unless attacked. The
goblins will sit on the fence, waiting to see which side will
win, meanwhile extracting maximum concessions from both sides.
Notice that virtually every history of magic lesson mentioned in
the books has involved some goblin war or another. Since the
goblins are not running the magical world, it is likely that they
did not fare too well in those wars, overall. They have good
reason not to get involved without some assurance of being on the
right side.
