DADA books - either they're still in the Room of Requirement or Harry 
has them in his trunk, however in my theory they're still 
around 'cause they're a gift from Sirius AND Lupin, 

I imagine that Harry will find them when he requires them.  Might be 
an end of term thing, like Luna getting her things back, and Harry 
ending up in possession of the Marauder's Map again. Would be 
interesting to see how misplace items are handled at tend of term. I 
would hope Harry for his Firebolt back, any wizarding parent would 
want to have such an expensive item returned.
