Its also possible that 'noone from Hoggwart's' was accepted in the last 
3 years and Tonks might have graduated from another school.  Where does 
is say she went to Hoggwart's?

Would be a mind blower if she had immigrated from the USA, Australia or 
something like that.

However, McGonagall did claim that it takes 3 years of extra training to 
become one, so maybe she was accepted as a 'trainee/apprentice' 4 years 
ago??
