Here's something that had me thinking: 

During an Occlumency lesson, Harry says to Snape that he's only heard 
Death Eaters refer to LV as "The Dark Lord."  Yet Tonks calls him 
that later on in the book.  Mistake, or clue that Tonks may have been 
a Death Eater herself?
