Can you really be a 'professor' of broom riding? Maybe she's 
considered more of a trainer (like someone teaching a driver's ed 
class, or teaching horse riding) rather than a professor. It seems 
she only works with first years anyway, and spends the rest of her 
time coordinating and supervising the yearly quidditch tournament, 
that would seem to make her more of a staff member than a teacher. 

Just a thought.
