Um, hi I've never answered or put my opinion's down for anyone's ..uh.. opinions about certain topics but I was just slightly outraged that you said Draco should have been put in Azkaban. I mean, come on, that was just a bit over doing it, don't you think? He doesn't deserve to go to Azkaban for just some stupid hex that could be easily cured. If you say that his wand was like a gun and the empty hex (meaning wasn't caste or in the process of being caste) or a hex being a bullet then I guess Ron, Hermione, Harry, and I think the twins should also go to Azkaban or as you say be accused of attempted murder because they all had hexed Draco (mostly), Crabbe and Golye all at the same time (end of book 4) and probably did more damage (might have had the intent to kill) then that hex Draco was going to put on Harry. If you say that hexing someone-with anger or frustration-is an intent of killing someone or doing any bodily harm to a person then 'you' should accuse all the students of Hogwarts, 'you' should accuse 'Harry', 'Ron', 'Hermione', 'Fred', 'George', and the rest of 'students' who were mentioned in the books, that were 'in the act' of hexing someone ( weather it be by anger, frustration, or a failed attempt at causing bodily harm or death ). Oh! And being turned into a ferret which was caused to bounce up and down is not what I call 'lenient', it was embarrassing and harmful, because it was a serious blow to his pride and image and he also could of gotten seriously injured or even die.
I wonder if I did this write, well I'll see.
