Are you talking to little Alex or to me? For I also think no one is safe
around Draco (or Harry, btw) after his father is (so they say) imprisoned. At
last, after his new-and-lower IQ for OoP, he showed menace, I was starting to
get disappointed.

So, by the same rule, the trio helped scape a dangerous criminal (an
unregistered animagus): Sirius, and it would have been fair for Draco to
kidnapp them?
Hey, if kidnapping is citizen's arrest and not, as I tougth, a way to keep
your secrets safe, dueling at midnigth and chasing Harry it's only training.
Draco, who is a very good boy, after all, only wants to help Harry develop
his alertness and dueling skills. Draco knows Harry will be in need of them
to figth Voldie.
As I don't think Hermione is going to be prosecuted, unless the political tide
changes, I also think Draco needs to go far of the line to be punished. I
don't respect ww law or the MoM. I think the fact if you go to trial or not
is greatly determined by who you are and whom your enemies are. Fitting
perfectly with the medieval atmosphere.
