I don't think that time travel will come into play for the final
outcome. Nor do I really see Harry "killing" Voldemort. First, JKR
may take the Disney way out. The two antagonists are fighting, and
even though our hero wont actually kill the villian, the villian is
so focused on killing our hero that he brings about his own death.
(Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, etc).

Second, I feel that Wormtail may have something to do with it. DD
has stated that Wormtail owes Harry one. I don't think that
Wormtail's debt has been paid off yet, and Wormtail just might
possibly turn against LV at some critical time, possibly setting off
a chain of events that causes LV's death. Wouldn't that still be
considered dying by Harry's hand? (Because of an action Harry
performed, it brought down LV's downfall?)

Just a thought, the prophesy never says "HE". It uses the
pronoun "ONE". Wouldn't it be funny if the whole series was one red
herring, and instead of Harry or even Neville defeating LV, it was a
girl? Maybe Harry and Ginny (grin) will have a baby girl in July,
(it never states a year,) and this child time travels back in time
to help her parents fight LV? I doubt it, but it's fun to speculate.
