Yes, Dumbledore is AWESOME, and I liked him even more after this book 
(I WAS a fan of the fight scene, as well as, of course, the scene 
with Fudge).  I had no idea he cared so much about Harry.

Unfortunately, he also seems slated to die in one of the final two 
books.  Grrrr.
