That would be mean, and I cannot imagine Dumbledore doing something 
mean.  It would be like setting someone up to be seen naked by 
another.  Thoughts are really private territory, and as patient as 
Dumbledore was about Harry being tempted by *his* thoughts, it is 
unlikely he'd be disrespectful enough of Snape to expose his.

I'm sure Dumbledore wants Harry and Snape to get along (I'd love to 
see some respect and understanding between the two more clearly 
developed), but it would be pretty manipulative of him to do like 
that.
