Stormbringer again:
I have to disagree; Hermione is still an underage wizard, and not a
member of the secret order.
Perhaps she invited herself, since her parents were going skiing; but
that's a stretch, since it's not likely her family would abandon
their dental practice and ski for the months of July and August.
I think there's still an unanswered question here.
