Of course, i doubt his parents knew he was going to grow up to write up 
a harsh code of laws... and still no clue where he got the idea "Drago" 
was a word...

Me either on the drago thing.

Bearing in mind the flimsy (imo) evidence some of the recent theories have
been based upon this could be evidence that Draco is going to become
Minister of Magic at some point and pass strict laws based on his views
about pureblood supremacy.

Which actually wouldn't be all that out there as theories go come to think
of it. He should have learnt from his father's arrest that adopting a more
subtle (and legal) way of pushing his agenda is a good plan and he is rich 
so he could afford to buy influence.

I'm actually quite taken with this idea even though I was originally joking.
