It seemed to me that members of the OotP were supposed to be on guard 
duty there, like when one of them got caught there using the 
invisibility cloak to guard "the weapon at the MoM" and was sent to 
Azkaban (can't find it right now). Now, the question is, who was 
*supposed* to be on duty that night, and are they a spy? If it was 
Lupin, is he actually ESE!Lupin? Did another shipment of cauldrens 
fall off a broom, convienently at a time when Harry was going to be 
in mortal peril (like in the beginning, when Mundungus Fletcher left 
his post guarding Harry when the dementors were *expected*, too?) 

And was Harry's ease of gaining entry to the MoM facillitated by 
someone else (badges stating "rescue mission," indeed!) like his 
winning the Triwizard Tourney was helped along by CrouchJr!Moody so 
he would touch the portkey!trophy first? 

All this reeks of a fiendish plan.
