I disagree. I don't see how it contradicts the Prophecy if, instead 
of cursing him or bludgeoning him or poisening him, Harry sicks a 
Dementor on Voldemort (or, which seems even better to my sense of 
justice, Voldemort is forced to choose between death at Harry's wand 
or soul-suckage, and takes soul-suckage). If the Riddle-controlled 
Basilisk killed Harry in CoS, would you say it was not 
techinically "at the hand" of Voldemort/Riddle? 

Also, in an earlier reply to this post, it was mentioned that the 
Prophecy says that The One will have a power that the Dark Lord 
knows not, and the general theory, I believe, is that this power is 
love. The Dark Lord doesn't have/understand love. I think this may 
be another point for the Dementor theory, because it shows LV's lack 
of emotional wholeness/normalcy, which may render him unable to 
produce a Patronus in defense.....?
