There's some debate about werewolf susceptibility to silver in JKR's 
world.  Mundungus eyes one of the Black wine goblets and asks if it's 
silver. Sirius affirms that it is.  Later in the scene Remus picks up 
his goblet.  Now, maybe he's the only person at the table drinking 
from a crystal goblet, but, since JKR didn't make a point of telling 
us that, it's quite possible that his goblet was silver, too.
