I must disagree with you. To my mind, Trelawney has only made 2 real
predictions (the other being the prediction she makes in PoA about the
return of Wormtail), each of which are somewhat similar. For both, she seems
to go into a trance and speaks in a strange voice, as described in OOP:
"But when Sybill Trelawney spoke, it was not her usual ethereal, mystic
voice, but in the harsh, hoarse tones Harry had heard her use once before."
(American version, page 841)
I believe Dumbledore's smart enough to realize a real prediction when he
sees one, same as Harry did in PoA.
