Wacky Idea on the Voldemort-Harry Connection

I was listening to OOP in my car today when a strange thought came to
me. It has been well established that Voldemort put a bit of himself
into Harry, and we all suspect that will play a major role in the
future, but maybe we are all thinking backwards. I think that most
of us suspect that Voldemort will try to do something to Harry and it
won't work because he can't kill himself, or something along those
lines. But what if Harry uses this connection to undermine
Voldemort?

Today I started wondering what would happen if Harry touched the mark
on Snape's arm. If there is enough of a connection to Voldemort (and
we have no reason to believe there isn't), couldn't Harry summon all
the Death Eaters to his side as part of a Ministry sting operation?
Voldemort may or may not show up out of curiousity, but at the very
least, it could eliminate most of Voldemort's support during a final
showdown. I know it sounds a bit far fetched--I tried to dismiss the
idea myself. But the more I thought about it, the more I liked it.

MaggieB--who is very interested in your feedback on this wacky idea
