Hi June,
I gave Nymphadora a spin, I had been trying to think of new names to 
put through my blender. ;D thanks.
'Adora'  corresponds to wheat in the latin dictionary, but not 
exactly. JK could be painting Tonks as a 'Meadow Nymph' but I am not 
so sure because the greek and latin blend doesn't work for me.

.. so... I am supposing the type of Nymph that Mrs Tonks was naming 
her daughter for may have been a 'muse'.
Perhaps Sirius fvourite aunt was an artist. I would not be surprised 
with Sirius other _ambitious_ (to use a *nice* word) family members 
that he would feel affinity for the quiet introspective one.
