Now that raises some interesting possibilities. After Harry
kills Voldemort, Harry's enemies, including resentful bureaucrats
(such as Fudge and Umbridge) and vengeful DEs who managed to
escape detection, charge him with murder (or some other
trumped-up charge, or using an unforgiveable), hold another
kangaroo court, and sentence him to death.
