    I think, being a SPY, worries over personal protection shouldn't 
be a concern of Snape's, considering that Torture and Death are the 
requisite hazards of his special hobby. If he's outed as a spy, he's 
going to be made to pay no if ands or buts. He may even die a hero-
like death.
    Dumbledore mentioned "Great Personal Risk" regarding Snape's 
turnover. Could DD possibly be protecting someone for Snape?
