Just one add:
He can do magic! When the Weasley children and Harry arrive at his house
after the attac on Mr Weasley he gets some bottles of butterbeer by using th
accion charm. So he definately did not loose his "powers".
Also (as we already found in the other books) not all wizards become ghosts.
Otherways Jmaes and Lilly must be ghosts! He defines the ones that become
ghosts (sorry, don't have the book here to quote exyactly).
