Which just goes to show that courageous people with backbones can 
overcome all that Slytherin propaganda. Too bad they are few and far 
between in Slytherin. 
 
Me -

never said they couldn't and i think you'll find that people willing to die
for what they believe are few andfar between in more than just Slytherin
house. 

I can't really believe you're complaining that there's a lack of very
courageous people in Slytherin, it's like complaining there's a lack of very
ambitious people in Huffle puff or loyal people in Ravenclaw or intelligent
people in Gryffindor. If courage is your most important quality you end up
in Gryffindor that's what the hat is looking for. Same as if you're very
learned you're most likely to end up in Ravenclaw.

The most insanely courageous people are in Gryffindor without a doubt.
Slytherin is made up of people who are as averagely courageous as Ravenclaw
and Hufflepuff. The only difference in Slytherin is that the students there
are less likely to have a support network to help them if they do make the
decision to reject the teachings of their associates.

And I still think that we know of only around twenty DEs specifically, being
really generous I'll say 50, over 50 years. That makes the overwhelming
majority of Slytherins not Death eaters.
