leb, I think Dumbledore was just commenting on the beauty and magic 
of music in general, how good it makes him feel (without any magical 
influence), etc.  And, in my opinion, the ability to create music is 
truly a gift, and I don't think that you can use magic to make it.

That's the point Albus was trying to make.
