I am replying to this post because it was the most recent. Everyone
who has replied has made some good points and have pointed out
things I didn't consider. I think I was giving the DE's too much
credit...I expected that they would know which spells have been
taught by TEACHERS, but overlooked the fact that they have no idea
which spells the students learned on their own. So, while I wasn't
an idiot (that's what I'll tell myself anyway), the fight scenes
will not bother nearly as much on my second read. Will the DE's
have their own secret classes now? D.A.D.A. -- Defense Against
Dumbledore's Army?
