what do squib children do for schooling?

I do not think that they go to muggle schools they all appear to be far to ignorant of muggle ways for that.
If they went to wizard First schools far more of them would know each other than appears to be the case when thy start their first year at Hogwarts.
I believe that they are home tutored and that they use Magic (auto learn) books. In COS when Harry is going to pick up TR-LV's Diary, Ron tells Harry about books that do all kinds of wierd stuff to anyone who reads them. IMO their is no reason that this kind of enchantment could not be put to good use?
Just one more thing on the same theme. Why should the site of Hogwarts attended by HRH etc., be the only site, their might well be other (departments) where children with less (magic) study. (I could think of several words I could of used for the bracketed ones but none of them were exactly right.)
