Are you kidding? Did you actually forget or conveniently forget?
Harry was furious, just furious that Ron and Hermione were together,
with all of the Weasleys, knowing what was going on while Harry was
stuck at Privet Drive. He hated that he was left out and wanted to
turn the tables on them when he had the chance, later, to hear about
Voldemort. I would call that jealousy.

Harry is also quite taken aback that Ron gets to be a prefect while he
does not. He feels lonely and left out when the two of them leave him
alone on the train to go to the prefects' car.

Harry also feels pretty bad that he won't get to spend Christmas with
the Weasleys and feels terribly left out until he is invited.

Harry isn't too pleased Ron gets to remain on the Quidditch team
either, while he has been banned for life. It bothers him.

All of these things may not add up to out-and-out jealousy on Harry's
part, but he feels isolated fairly often throughout OoP. He resents
Ron, I think, because Ron is getting to be the normal Hogwarts student
while Harry deals with his scar, Voldemort, Umbridge, Occlumency...
alone. Harry is more aware now of the family Ron has, and the
normalcy of Ron's life. I even felt that Ron was aware of that in OoP
- that he has things Harry never will. In fact, I felt that Ron was
quite distracted with Quidditch and with being a prefect to sit around
and stew in his jealousies the way he allowed himself to do in GoF.

I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree because you will never
convince me that Ron, at this point in the series, will betray Harry.
I think Ron would choose torture over betrayal.
