I don't know if this has already been discussed to death and I just
can't find it on here, but has there been any speculation on the
whereabouts of the Weasleys during the first war?

It's something I've been thinking a lot about since GoF. It seems
strange that there is never any reference to what they were doing
back then. Almost the whole family is in the Order this time around
and during the boggart scene Lupin even says to Molly something along
the lines of "You weren't in the Order the last time" (don't have the
book in front of me to quote directly.)

I suppose Arthur and Molly were busy having their many children
during the first war, but I feel like a reference to what they were
doing otherwise is conspicuous in its absence.
