I really appreciated the twist in the prophecy, because it made me think of the eternal dilemma which can be sensed in Greek tragedy for example: Oedypus knows from Apollo's oracle that he will kill his father and wed his mother, so he leaves home (good moral choice, it seems) only it turns out that the family he leaves was not his natural one, so finally he meets his real father, doesn't know him, and kills him. Think of Macbeth, also, who kills Duncan, thus fulfilling all the prophecies (including the one about Banquo's heirs) by his own choice. It is always about choice, and I think, in our case, that this means that Harry has a choice too. I think we'll see some interesting developments in the end, especially because I still have some problems with good wizarda using the Avada Kedavra curse. I hope you don't mind sharing my latest dilemma: Dumbledore knows the prophecy, he knows he cannot kill or destroy Voldemort for ever, so he doesn't even try it. If he had tried it, I still
think it wouldn't have worked - either because the prophecy forbids it (maybe it would have backfired, left Voldie with a scar, and nearly killed Dumbledore - ?!) or because he wouldn't have believed in it, so it wouldn't have been strong enough. Anyway, I am certain that Voldemort will not be killed with Avada Kedavra, and, blame me if you like, but I reaaally hope he will not be turned good either!

just some thoughts.
