This is something I'm not confident enough in my prediction abilities 
(which I really have no confidence in, maybe on a few small scale 
details) to really touch on, but what I would confidently wager on is 
the fact that Umbridge will not be a DE.  I think Sirius made a very 
important point to Harry when he said that the world is not divided 
into good people and Death Eaters and I don't see JKR diluting that 
by making her one later on.
