You know I've wondered about that too. How much does the Order know
about that and all the other things about Harry's survival. Is it
common knowledge that his mother's love protected him? Does the rest
of the order know about LV being Tom Riddle? Do they know about
Neville? I think not many could know about Harry having to destroy
LV. Molly for one would freak out and lock Harry up somewhere to
protect him. It seems Dumbledore keeps a lot of people in the dark
about some pretty significant stuff.

Now me:
I've posted on this before and it's still bugging me. Sometimes I'm sure
they know, other times, I question it agian. Molly's insistence about "not
telling Harry more than he needs to know" make me think they know. When
Sirius clues in Harry to the "weapon" Voldemort is seeking, Lupin and Sirius
exchange the briefest of glances which made me think they knew something.
Also, If James and Lily knew, they may have shared that with Sirus way back
then, since he suppose to be their secret keeper. Maybe not with Peter and
Lupin though, Sirus was James' best friend and Harry's godfather, so they
trusted him with Harry's well being.

When Harry goes to Sirius after having the dream about Arthur and the
feeling of wanting to attack DD, Sirius brushes him off, but his face is
kept in shadows. Later DD reveals that he did go and tell DD this, so I do
believe that Sirius, at least, knew more then he was letting on to Harry.
