I agree that Petunia'a parents must be dead.  My point was that most 
families tell stories to the kids about other members of the family 
(I remember when Dad and I.... My mom and I used to....).  It seems 
strange that Petunia hasn't said anything to Dudley about her 
parents.

Now Me (Anne):

It seems to me that she's plenty angry at her parents too, for their
attitude about Lily.
