Memory Charm!Neville -- wearing off? (Was "Re: Sneaking suspicion about Neville's parents...")

against MemoryCharm!Neville is the fact that Neville seems to improve 
his memory, confidence, and overall performance on his own.(With a 
little help from his plant.)  I, myself, was initallly thinking this 
after concluding the book.  However, I also see in OotP, evidence of 
Memory Charm effects gradually wearing off with time-- such as 
Gilderoy Lockhart showing improvement.  So, I still think that it is 
very likely that Neville has some obliviated memories that will come 
to play.  I see this as evidenced by him recognizing screaming as 
being related to the Cruciatus (GoF when Harry opens the egg) and 
with his strong reaction to Moody/Crouch casting Crucio on the spider.<<


ME : Nevil's Uncle Archie (he who bounced him off the balcony and gave him Trevor the Toad) gave Nevil the Mimbulus Mimbletonia. Nevil said that it was Magical, the school does not have one and he doesn't know what it does. I wonder?
