On page 745 (US edition OOP), when Harry and the gang
are caught in Umbridge's office after Harry has used
the fireplace to check on Sirius and Unbridge summons
Snape, she says,

"You are on probation!"...."You are being deliberately
unhelpful! I expected better, Lucius Malfoy always
speaks most highly of you! Now get out of my office!"

Malfoy's present. I wonder if he'll report this to his
father, if Umbridge doesn't beat him to it. Will this
jeopardize Snape's spying and put him in danger.

Me -

Well as I've said before I think Snape's response to any complaints about
him hindering Umbridge could be a) well she's working for the Ministry and
b) have you *met* the woman?

Besides didn't Lucius end OoP in Azkaban - not that I expect him to stay
there for good but it's a nice thought for the mean time. Let's hope he's
got a big, buff cellmate called Crusher or something :)

lol - suddenly got an image of Lucius complaining that orange really does
*nothing* for his complexion - not that we have prison orange over here.
